The Parties. This Agreement is made between Kristen Beasley dba Healthy Life Approach, LLC, LLC, a Limited Liability Company operating in the State of Alabama (“Healthy Life Approach, LLC,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) and you (“you” and “your”). By accepting Healthy Life Approach, LLC’s services and/or engaging with Healthy Life Approach, LLC’s website or social media, you acknowledge and agree to this Disclaimer.

Affiliate Links. Please assume that, for every recommendation or link we provide, the following holds: we have become aware of a product or service that may interest our readers. After we do our research and decide this item is of value to ourselves, our community, or our clients, we choose to promote that item and are compensated when our readers click on the link or purchase the product or service. Qualifications. Scope of Practice. 

Here is what we will do together: I will educate you about diet, lifestyle, exercise, stress management, and supplements. I am certified in the Bredesen protocol and with the Amen Clinic for brain health.

Here is what we will not do together: I cannot diagnose, treat, prevent, heal, or cure diseases.

Limitation of Liability. By purchasing the products or services recommended, highlighted, or sold by or through Healthy Life Approach, LLC, LLC, you agree to release from liability and waive any and all claims against Kristen Beasley and its members, owners, directors, officers, contractors, employees, volunteers, associates, agents, executors, administrators, successors, family members and assigns (the “Released Parties”) with respect to any and all liability and damages incurred from purchasing, using or storing, or in any way associated with those products or services.

Arbitration. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the breach of this agreement shall be settled exclusively by arbitration. You also agree that should arbitration take place, it will be exclusive to the courts of the State of Alabama or such other arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on both parties and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. The losing party shall bear the costs of the arbitration. The arbitration award shall be final and binding upon the parties, and the parties hereby waive any rights to appeal or challenge the award to the extent permitted by applicable law. This arbitration clause shall survive the termination or expiration of this contract.

General Legal Provisions. Choice of Laws and Venue. This Agreement will be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Alabama. The parties agree to irrevocably submit all claims to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Alabama. Severability. If any terms or provisions of this Agreement are invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions in the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and replaces any prior agreements.
