When my dad was diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia, I took a sharp turn. I wanted to know WHY diseases like dementia occurred, not just how doctors treat the symptoms. I stumbled across Dr. Lisa Mosconi's books, The XX Brain and The Menopause Brain, which cite that 2/3 of all dementia diagnoses are women. As I started my perimenopausal journey, the hormonal impacts were real - brain fog, insomnia, anxiety, weight gain, frozen shoulder, and more. I dug deeper to help not only others but also myself. Now, armed with training, I want to help YOU!
